Hello, owlies. I'm here with again, with journal prompts. It's already 1.01AM as I start writing this. How was your Tuesday? My Tuesday was....normal. Neither too boring nor too fun. But it was fine. Got my e-madani today. Guess I must pick a day out later. Now, let's see if I could do this prompts too.

- Move away from the trigger/source for awhile
- Do deep breathing method
- Do some silly little dance
- Refocus my attention
- Lying down, eyes shut, sleep
- Eat something sweet or cold ( now I want eksem! oof )
- Wash face and hands

- Kind words and acts from strangers

- Fangirling with my online bestie

- She maybe hesitating to make action, but she knows what she wants
- I love her creative mind
- Of course, I love her creative hands too
- She breaks mental illness stigma from herself

- ( idc. I nak tidur weh.)
